FAQ
Who is Lions Lacrosse for?
Lions Lacrosse is a boys lacrosse club serving players across Montana. Programs are built around player development, from athletes new to the sport through to players preparing for regional and national-level competition.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Our youth programs are designed for players still learning the game as well as those who already have seasons behind them. Coaches group players so everyone gets appropriate instruction and reps.
What equipment does my player need?
Players need a helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, a mouthguard, a stick and cleats. If you are unsure what to buy before your first season, contact us and a coach will walk you through it.
How do travel teams differ from youth programs?
Youth programs focus on fundamentals and local development. Travel teams are selected squads that represent the club at events outside the local area and carry a longer season and a larger time commitment.
How do I register?
Registration runs through our LeagueApps portal. Program dates and links are posted on each program page as each season opens.
How can I get in touch?
